Ingredients

8 Potatoes

2 Tomatoes

2 Red onions

1 White onion

3 tablespoons of Salt

3 tablespoons of Oil

2 tablespoons of Dressing

1 cup of Spinach

1 tablespoon of Chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the dish, wash, peel, and fry 6 potatoes with pieces of crushed white onion until golden.

Step 2 : At the same time, slice the red onions and tomato, and set aside along with the spinach to make a salad.

Step 3 : Wash, peel, and cook the remaining potatoes in a pot with a little water and salt.

Step 4 : Once cooked, cut into medium pieces, season, and serve accompanied by the salad prepared earlier, sprinkle with parsley on top, and add the fried cariuchos.
