Ingredients

Breaded Fish Fillets

1 kilogram of Corvina fish fillets

300 grams of Wheat flour

4 Eggs

½ cup of Lemon juice

2 cups of Breadcrumbs

Cooking oil

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the corvina fillets, place them in a bowl and add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Step 2 : Then, dip each fillet in wheat flour, then in beaten eggs, and finally in breadcrumbs.

Step 3 : Fry the fillets in very hot oil until golden on both sides, then place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.

Step 4 : Finally, serve the fillets accompanied by rice, fries, salads, and some lemon slices.
