Ingredients

1 ½ pound of Seasoned tenderloin

2 pounds of Rice

½ pound of Pork skin

1 pound of Canary beans

1 Red onion (paiteña)

1 Pepper

1 Tomato

2 Garlic cloves

1 pinch of Salt
