Ingredients

1 kilogram of Mozzarella cheese

½ kilogram of Beef

½ kilogram of Pork

100 grams of Butter

2 tablespoons of Flour

Salt, pepper, and nutmeg

4 tablespoons of Oil

¼ kilogram of Beef

¼ kilogram of Pork

4 cups of Pizza sauce

2 cups of White wine

1 Sprig of rosemary

1 pinch of Salt

1 pinch of Pepper

Preparation

Step 1 : Begin by placing the butter in a pot and melting it.

Step 2 : Then add the flour, milk, salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and mix well until it thickens.

Step 3 : Let it rest.

Step 4 : In a separate skillet, prepare the Bolognese sauce.

Step 5 : Add two tablespoons of oil, the ground beef and pork, and stir until cooked.

Step 6 : Then add the pizza sauce and mix well.

Step 7 : Next, add one cup of white wine and a sprig of rosemary, cooking until reduced.

Step 8 : Season with salt, pepper, and basil leaves, stirring until it reduces further.

Step 9 : Once ready, remove from heat.

Step 10 : On a tray, layer the pasta, béchamel sauce, mozzarella cheese, and meat.

Step 11 : Repeat the process and finish with a generous amount of cheese on top.

Step 12 : Bake at 200°C for 40 minutes.
