Ingredients

1 kilogram of Pork ribs

¼ cup of Soft drink

1 cup of BBQ sauce

½ cup of Pork broth

1 pinch of Salt

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot with boiling water, place the ribs ensuring they are submerged in the liquid.

Step 2 : Let cook in a regular pot for approximately 3 hours.

Step 3 : Add a quarter of an onion and a tablespoon of salt.

Step 4 : Then, transfer the preparation to a pressure cooker and cook for 30 minutes.

Step 5 : After this time, wait for the vapor to be released.

Step 6 : In a skillet with oil over medium heat, brown the meat on one side, then turn to brown the other side.

Step 7 : Once cooked, let it cool.

Step 8 : In a container, mix 1 cup of BBQ sauce, ¼ cup of soft drink, and ½ cup of pork broth.

Step 9 : Bring the mixture to a boil for 2 minutes, adding a pinch of salt.

Step 10 : Finally, coat the pieces of meat with the prepared sauce and enjoy the dish.
