Ingredients

3 cups of Ecuadorian coffee

150 grams of Sugar

3 cups of Water

1 Coñac measure

100 grams of Whipped cream or chantilly

1 teaspoon of Ground coffee

Preparation

Step 1 : In a pot, place the sugar and water and bring to a boil for 10 minutes.

Step 2 : Once the mixture cools, add the coffee and the coñac measure.

Step 3 : Let it rest in the freezer and stir every 15 minutes to allow it to crystallize.
