200 grams of Shelled almonds
1 liter of Water
1 cup of Sugar
Cinnamon
1 Lemon zest

Step 1 : The shelled almonds are ground in a processor or blender until a fine powder is obtained.
Step 2 : This powder is placed in a bowl with half a liter of water to macerate for 15 minutes to soften them.
