Ingredients
2 cups of Tender pumpkin cut into cubes
1 liter of Milk
5 Star anise
4 Cinnamon sticks
2 cups of Grated panela
Preparation
Step 1 : Place the pumpkin in a pot with water and cook over medium heat until soft.
Step 2 : Once ready, blend the pumpkin with the milk in a blender.
Step 3 : Next, pour the mixture back into a pot, adding the anise and cinnamon.
Step 4 : Cook the mixture for 5 minutes over medium heat.
Step 5 : Then, remove from heat and add the panela, stirring until well incorporated.
Step 6 : Finally, serve the javishca hot and ready to enjoy.
