White chocolate and almond brownies, a soft yet crunchy treat. A popular delight in Ecuador. Mix butter, sugar, eggs, chocolate, flour, baking powder, and almonds. Bake, cool, cut, decorate with powdered sugar, and enjoy.
In a bowl, mix the butter and sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs one at a time, then incorporate the melted white chocolate, sifted flour with baking powder, and chopped almonds.
Mix for 5 minutes, pour into a greased mold, and bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Once cooled, cut into squares and decorate with powdered sugar.

White Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
240 grams of Butter
440 grams of Granulated sugar
6 Eggs
400 grams of White chocolate
300 grams of Flour
2 teaspoons of Baking powder
50 grams of Powdered sugar
Preparation
Step 1 : In a bowl, beat the grams of butter and sugar until you get a smooth mixture.
Step 2 : Add the eggs one at a time while continuously mixing.
Step 3 : Melt the white chocolate using a double boiler and incorporate it into the bowl mixture.
Step 4 : Sift the flour with the baking powder and add it to the bowl along with the previously chopped almonds.
Step 5 : Fold the mixture gently for 5 minutes and pour into a previously greased rectangular mold.
Step 6 : Then, bake at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Step 7 : Once ready, remove from the oven, let cool, cut into 5 cm squares, and decorate with a little powdered sugar.
Step 8 : Serve and enjoy.
