Ingredients

8 Ripe guavas

1 ½ cup of Sugar

2 Egg whites

Blackberry syrup or sauce

Sprinkles and shredded coconut

Preparation

Step 1 : Peel the guavas, remove the central part with the seeds, and place the pulp pieces in a large bowl.

Step 2 : Then add the sugar, mix well, and mash until a smooth puree is formed.

Step 3 : Next, add the egg whites to the guava and sugar puree.

Step 4 : Use an electric mixer to beat the mixture until it reaches a creamy and firm texture.

Step 5 : Finally, the espumilla is served immediately in cups or cones, accompanied by blackberry sauce, sprinkles, and shredded coconut.
