Chocolate-filled Buns
Ingredients
650 grams of Wheat flour
75 grams of Unsalted butter
100 grams of Sugar
250 milliliters of Warm milk
2 Eggs
25 grams of Yeast
5 grams of Salt
1 Dark chocolate bar
1 White chocolate bar
Preparation
Step 1 : First, dissolve the yeast in warm milk.
Step 2 : Then, chop the chocolate bars into small pieces and set aside.
Step 3 : Add 100 grams of flour and beat by hand for a few minutes; then cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 15 minutes.
Step 4 : Next, remove the towel and add the remaining flour, eggs, butter, sugar, and salt.
Step 5 : Knead for 10 minutes, cover again with the towel, and let it rest for 1 hour.
Step 6 : Then, place the dough on the table and divide it into small portions.
Step 7 : Shape the portions into balls and place them on a greased baking dish.
Step 8 : Put a piece of chocolate in the center of each bun, seal well, and cover all with a towel to rest for another hour.
Step 9 : Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake the buns for 15 minutes.
Step 10 : Let them cool, then decorate with the remaining chocolate pieces.
