Ingredients

200 grams of Butter

250 grams of Sugar

1 teaspoon of Vanilla essence

50 milliliters of Milk

250 grams of Flour

2 tablespoons of Baking powder

50 grams of Cornstarch

3 Eggs

4 Green apples

50 grams of Grapes raisins

50 grams of Chopped nuts

3 tablespoons of Lemon juice

3 tablespoons of Lemon zest

100 grams of Ground nuts

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare the apple tart with walnut cream, place 200 grams of butter in a bowl and mix with 100 grams of sugar until smooth.

Step 2 : Then, separate the egg whites from the yolks and add the 3 egg yolks, milk, and vanilla essence to the bowl mixture.

Step 3 : Sift and add the flour, baking powder, and cornstarch to the mixture.

Step 4 : Next, wash, peel, remove the seeds, and cut the apples into small squares.

Step 5 : In a separate container, place the apple pieces, raisins, 50 grams of chopped nuts, 50 grams of sugar, lemon juice, and lemon zest.

Step 6 : Reserve this mixture.

Step 7 : Grease a baking dish, pour in the prepared mixture, and cover with the apple sauce.

Step 8 : Then, bake for half an hour at 180°C.

Step 9 : For the topping, beat 100 grams of sugar with the 3 egg whites until the mixture lightens and forms peaks.

Step 10 : Add the 100 grams of ground nuts and continue beating.

Step 11 : Decorate the tart with the meringue mixture and bake for another 20 minutes.

Step 12 : When removed from the oven, it can be served and enjoyed.
