Ripe and Stuffed Plantains
Ingredients

4 Ripe plantains
1 cup of Milk
2 Eggs
½ pound of Wheat flour
1 tablespoon of Baking powder
1 teaspoon of Salt
2 cups of Oil
¼ pound of Fresh cheese
Preparation
Step 1 : Cut the plantains lengthwise without fully splitting them and brown them in a skillet with oil.
Step 2 : Then, remove from heat and let cool.
Step 3 : Fill the cut with strips of cheese and set aside.
Step 4 : Next, sieve the flour.
Step 5 : In a bowl, beat the milk with salt and baking powder, add the eggs and flour, and mix until obtaining a smooth batter.
Step 6 : Insert the plantains into the batter, ensuring they are completely covered.
Step 7 : Then, fry in hot oil and pierce with a fork to ensure they cook inside.
Step 8 : Remove the stuffed plantains and place them on absorbent paper to remove excess oil.
