150 grams of Ground pork

1 tablespoon of Sunflower oil

1 tablespoon of Soy or oyster sauce

1 tablespoon of Flour

Water

Step 1 : To prepare the meat triangles, start by mixing the ground meat with scallions, ground pepper, oil, and soy or oyster sauce.

Step 2 : This mixture should be combined with a fork or chopsticks to thoroughly integrate the ingredients.

Step 3 : In a separate bowl, mix the flour with water.

Step 4 : This mixture will be used to seal the triangles and prevent them from opening during frying.

Step 5 : To assemble the triangles, moisten two consecutive edges of the dough wrapper with the flour and water mixture.

Step 6 : Then, place the filling in the center of the wrapper and fold it into a triangle shape.
