8 Banana leaves

5 tablespoons of Oil

6 tablespoons of Salt

2 Garlic cloves

400 grams of Pork meat

6 Onions

1 kilogram of Corn flour

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first make the dough with water and flour, then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, wash, cut, and set aside the onions and garlic cloves.

Step 3 : Then, cut the pork and fry it in a pan with oil, along with the previously reserved onion and garlic.

Step 4 : Next, line the banana leaves and place a bit of dough on each, filling with the pork stew.

Step 5 : Proceed to close the dough, folding the banana leaves and tying each tamale with a thread.

Step 6 : The tamales are cooked in a pot with plenty of water for approximately 40 minutes.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove them from the banana leaves, serve, and are ready to enjoy.
