Ingredients

1 kilogram of Corn flour

6 Onions

400 grams of Pork meat

2 Garlic cloves

6 tablespoons of Salt

5 tablespoons of Oil

8 Plantain leaves

Preparation

Step 1 : To prepare this delicious recipe, first make the dough with water and flour, then set aside.

Step 2 : Next, wash, cut, and set aside the onions and garlic cloves.

Step 3 : Then, cut the pork meat and fry it in a skillet with oil, together with the previously set aside onion and garlic.

Step 4 : Next, lay out the plantain leaves and place a bit of dough on each, filling it with the pork stew.

Step 5 : Proceed to close the dough by folding the plantain leaves and tie each tamal with a string.

Step 6 : Cook the tamales in a pot with plenty of water for about 40 minutes.

Step 7 : Once ready, remove them from the plantain leaves, serve, and enjoy.
