Ingredients

1 Whole chicken

2 Celery stalks

2 White onion stems

5 Garlic cloves

3 Green peppers

2 Carrots

1 Cilantro bunch

1 Parsley bunch

600 grams_plural of Cooked and diced potatoes

400 grams_plural of Cooked peas

3 Diced tomatoes

2 Red onions

100 milliliters of Lemon juice

Preparation

Step 1 : Start by cooking the chicken until tender, then shred it and set aside.

Step 2 : Next, finely chop the celery, onion, garlic, peppers, carrots, cilantro, and parsley.

Step 3 : In a large bowl, mix the shredded chicken with all the chopped vegetables.

Step 4 : Then, add the cooked potatoes, peas, diced tomatoes, and red onions.

Step 5 : To flavor the dish, season with lemon juice and mix all ingredients well.
