Caesar Salad
Ingredients
1 pound of Boneless chicken breast
1 Romaine lettuce
1 teaspoon of Lemon juice
4 Sliced bread without crust
1 tablespoon of Butter
1 Anchovy jar
1 Garlic clove
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
2 Egg yolks
½ teaspoon of Mustard
4 tablespoons of Grated parmesan cheese
½ teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Cherry tomatoes
1 pinch of Salt
1 pinch of Pepper
Preparation
Step 1 : The chicken breast is cut into squares and browned in a pan over high heat with a little olive oil, seasoned with salt and pepper.
Step 2 : Egg yolks, garlic, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper are blended until forming a smooth and thick sauce.
Step 3 : Remove and let rest in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 4 : Spread a little butter on the bread slices, cut into approximately 2-centimeter cubes, and bake in the oven for ten minutes at 180°C or until golden.
